Shipping and orders:

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS PLEASE BE AWARE OF ANY FEES/DUTIES/ETC YOU MAY HAVE TO PAY.

Q. When will my order ship?

A. I usually dispatch orders between 1 to 5 business days after the order is put through! If I am away there will be a notice on my site to say how long orders are likely to be delayed by.

Q. Do you ship to my country?

A. Likely answer is yes! I use the Royal mail, so if they deliver to your country then likelihood is yes!

Q. How long will my order take to arrive?

A. I use Royal mail, UK orders will usually take 2 to 3 business days, though during holiday periods this will likely be longer. International orders usually take anywhere between a week to 2 weeks, again holiday season can delay this further.

Q. Can I pick my order up in person?

A. Unfortunately no, But if you live in Bristol or Cardiff you can find my wares in store in TEGS [Bristol] and ArtHole [Cardiff]! And sometimes you'll find me running around the UK doing in person markets, follow my Instagram for any information on upcoming markets!

Q. Can I request discreet packaging?

A. Yes, please let me know if you need plain packaging.

Q. I'm missing items/got the wrong items/my orders not arrived/my items are damaged!

A. If any problems occur with orders being incomplete, damaged or missing, replacement items will get sent out to you free of charge! If it happens a second time you order will get refunded.

Q. I'd like to return/exchange an item!

A. Returns and exchanges are accepted for non damaged/used items. Return and any extra postage fees/costs must be paid by the customer.

Q. I have a problem with my order not listed here?

A. Feel free to contact me about any problems with your order!

Wares and restocks:

Q. When will this item get restocked?

A. I usually aim to restock within a month unless the item is a limited run or on clearance. [one its gone its gone type of deal!]

Q. Will you be making things other than stickers and prints?

A. Yes! I'm always looking to expand my catalogue of cool things, if you have anything you'd like to see me make more of, feel free to drop me a message!

Q. Will you be adding this sexuality/gender/identity to your pride based collections?

A. Hopefully one day yes! If there's a big enough demand for a particular identity then I'll likely prioritise it on my list of things I plan on making! Otherwise I'm hoping to slowly build the collection over time!

Misc:

Q. Do you take commissions?

A. Yes, for any commission enquiries please email me or drop me a DM on Instagram! My prices are flexible and based on budget, time and details.

Q. Can I get this piece of art as a tattoo?

A. My current answer is yes! I'm more than happy for people to get my work tattooed just as long as I'm credited properly for the design.
